Returns and withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period expires 14 days after the day you (or someone you name, other than the carrier) receive the goods.

To exercise it, tell us clearly — for example by email to hello@mitama.store with your order number. You may use the model form below, but you don't have to.

Effects

We refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of your withdrawal, using the same payment method. We may wait until we have received the goods back or you have shown that you sent them. You send the goods back within 14 days of telling us, and you bear the direct cost of returning them. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Returned garments are not resold; their numbers are never reissued.
