Draft — to be checked by a lawyer before launch.

Terms and conditions

1. Who we are

These terms apply to every purchase on mitama.store from [Company name], [Street and number], [Postcode] [City], Belgium (enterprise number [Enterprise number]).

2. Orders

The contract is concluded when your payment is confirmed; you receive a confirmation by email. Every garment is made to order after payment and carries its own number, assigned in the order payments are confirmed.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in euro and include all taxes due. [VAT wording to confirm with your accountant — e.g. small-business exemption.] Shipping costs are shown before payment. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store card details.

4. Limited editions and stock

Each word is made in a fixed quantity. Stock shown on the site is live. Items in a cart are not held; during checkout your items are reserved for a short time.

5. Mystery bags (Fukubukuro)

A mystery bag contains one t-shirt with a word drawn at random from the theme's remaining pieces, which are shared with the shop. You choose the size and a colour preference; the word and its tier cannot be chosen. The tier is drawn with fixed chances — 60% Sumi, 35% Tsuki, 5% Kin — among the tiers that still have pieces (an exhausted tier's chance is shared by the others in proportion); the word within the tier is drawn in proportion to the pieces that remain. The current chances are always shown on the bag page. A customer never receives the same word twice from mystery bags. A word from the rarest tier is made in one of two gold colours. The word is revealed when the parcel is opened. A maximum number of bags per person per month applies, as shown on the site.

6. Delivery

See shipping and delivery.

7. Right of withdrawal

You have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days — see returns and withdrawal.

8. Legal guarantee

See legal guarantee.

9. Personal data

See the privacy policy.

10. Applicable law and disputes

Belgian law applies, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence. Please contact us first; you can also turn to the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (consumentenombudsdienst.be / mediationconsommateur.be). [Lawyer to confirm.]
